Adoption Process

We are excited to share that Gabby labored during the wee hours of the morning on 9/15 to bring 8 precious Portie puppies into the world. Gabby delivered 6 girls and 2 boys.

The cost includes:

a puppy
Vet visit and vaccines at 6 weeks and 10 weeks
De-worming on recommended schedule
Cognitive and Behavior Training

Puppies are sold as 'Pets Only' reciveing a Limited AKC registration

Each puppy costs $2500 USD

Next, DOWNLOAD the file to your device
- The file allows you to add your information digitally, but won't save it to the PDF unless it is downloaded first

A prospective puppy pawrent would start the process by filling out an application

Once you have completed the application, please save it as Application_LastName and send it to info@lighthousepwd.com

After the application is returned we will review it and possibly schedule a call to discuss any questions or concerns we might have from your application.
Within a week of receiving your application we will let you know if it was approved or not.

Puppies will be heading to their furr-ever homes beginning the weekend of 11/13/2021

While deciding whether or not to apply for a puppy, you will need to consider the time and cost associated with getting the puppy to its new furr-ever home. Due to Covid-19, unaccompanied pet transportation is nearly impossible, requiring pawrents to drive or fly to pick up their new puppy themselves from Austin, Texas.
